Who is responsible

What we collect
This site shows no advertising and builds no advertising profiles. The personal data processed is:
- Server logs: our host records the IP address, browser type, page requested and time of each visit to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Logs are deleted automatically by the host, normally within 30 days.
- Visitor statistics (Matomo): we use Matomo, an analytics tool run on our own hosting provider’s server (jugglerhost.com), not by a third-party advertising company, to count visits and see which pages and outbound links are used. Matomo records pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, browser and device type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and may set first-party cookies (names starting with
_pk_) for up to 13 months to recognize returning visitors. The data is not shared with advertisers or sold. Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest in measuring how the site is used. Statistics are kept for no longer than 25 months. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use your browser’s Do Not Track or tracking-protection features. - Emails you send us: we use your message and address only to answer you, and delete them when the matter is closed, unless we must keep them to meet a legal obligation.
The odds tools run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent to us.
Links to sportsbooks
When you follow a link to a sportsbook, that sportsbook’s own privacy policy applies. Affiliate links may tell the sportsbook that you came from this site; we receive only aggregated, non-identifying reports.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email contact@sportsbooks.ro. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or where the controller is established.
