Betclic was founded in London in 2005 by Nicolas Béraud and Éric Moncada, has held a French license since 2010 and is run by BetClic Enterprises Limited in Malta, part of Betclic Everest Group. Its parent, Banijay Group, completed the purchase of Germany’s Tipico in April 2026.
