BetMGM launched in 2018 as a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain. It operates in 23 states plus DC and Puerto Rico and in Ontario, with an online casino alongside the sportsbook in several states.
Its standout tools are Edit My Bet, which lets you add or swap parlay legs or raise the stake after placing a bet, and Parlay Plus. Every wager earns BetMGM Rewards points and MGM Rewards tier credits, which can be used at MGM Resorts hotels and casinos, a link no rival except Caesars can match.
